Hyderabad: Dr Afshan Rubab Syed has been appointed as Director General of the Hyderabad Development Authority (DGHDA).
According to a handout issued here on Thursday, a circular released by the Secretary, Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) Muhammad Aslam Qazi, stated that Dr Afshan Rubab Syed was appointed as DGHDA.
She assumed charge of the office following her appointment.
