ISLAMABAD:The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday postponed the hearing of a case concerning local government elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which was scheduled for the same day, with a fresh date to be announced later.
According to a delisting notice issued by the ECP, notices had been served on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief secretary and the secretary of local government, directing them to appear in person before the commission for the hearing.
However, the commission postponed the proceedings, and the next hearing date will be announced later.
