BOUREWALA:Academics coupled with a large gathering of students converged here on Thursday, to take out a rally in favour of Pakistan Armed Forces, after concluding the seminar.
The event was organised at Government Post Graduate College to express solidarity with the Armed forces. The participants shouted slogans and vowed to stand shoulder to shoulder with their country’s defenders through every thick and thin.
Deputy Director Colleges Vehari, Professor Muhammad Azhar and Principal Government College Professor Khushi Muhammad led the rally, in which the participants carried national flags and banners inscribed with patriotic slogans.
Speakers on the occasion said that defence of the country was dependent on the strength of the armed forces. “That’s why, the enemy can’t cast evil eye”, they added.
