Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Martial Arts Association, in its general council meeting, elected new office-bearers for the next four years, here on Friday.
Information Secretary Atif Nomi Malik stated that the meeting was held at the Crescent Sports Complex, with representatives from over 10 associations elected to the new body.
Patron-in-Chief of the Association was elected to Dr. Izhar-ul-Haq, and Chairman Al-Hussam-ul-Haq.
Senior Vice Presidents Muhammad Abbas and Rana Rehman; Vice Chairman Rauf Naz; President Haji Muhammad Rafi; Haji Mohsin Farooq, Ghulam Mustafa, Ghulam Shabbir, and Muhammad Riaz; Ishtiaq Turabi was elected as General Secretary and Ali Adnan as Deputy General Secretary.
Muhammad Atif Nomi Malik elected as Joint and Information Secretary. Legal Advisor will be Malik Mukhtar Awan Advocate.
Executive Members included Hafiz Azhar Mahmood, Malik Asad Manzoor, Muhammad Ijaz, Zeeshan Mehdi, Zahoor Butt, Imran Baig, Rameez Raja, Haji Islam, Muhammad Nadeem, Saima Iqbal, Batool Zainab, Amna Awais, Ayesha Nadeem, Tasmiya Munir, Nabila Zulfiqar, and Samira Batool.
The chief guest, Chaudhry Muhammad Ashraf Gujjar, administered the oath to the elected officials and distributed official notifications among them.
