FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) is launching a toll free help line system to provide awareness to citizens about various services of the authority.
The one-window counter will also be re-established to provide a better environment and facilitate the applicants.
This was told by Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhry while presiding over a meeting here on Thursday.
The meeting discussed different reforms for modernization of services of the authority.
The DG also directed for redressing the complaints immediately received through Pakistan Citizens Portal and E-Khidmat Markaz.
