FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) sealed the premises of an illegal housing colony besides reclaiming state land from squatters.
FDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Asif Chaudhary, in a statement, said here on Tuesday that the FDA Estate department checked the status of various housing colonies and found the “Grand View City” scheme situated at Chak No.122-JB illegal as its developers had developed the colony without completing requirements.
Therefore, the FDA enforcement team under the supervision of Estate Officer Imtiaz Ali Goraya sealed the premises of the housing scheme besides demolishing its structures including sewerage, streetlights, etc.
Meanwhile, the FDA enforcement team also reclaimed 4-kanals of state land in Chenab Market, Madina Town, by removing illegal items of land grabbers, he added.
