FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) would auction its 199 properties here on October 25, 2023 (Wednesday).
Chairing a meeting here on Monday, FDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Asif Chaudhry said that all necessary arrangements were completed for auction of FDA properties.
He said that auction would start at 11 a.m. in FDA Complex and the bidders would take part in the auction of commercial, residential plots and shops.
A five-member committee was also constituted to monitor the entire auction procession on October 25, he said, adding that this auction would increase revenue of the authority for undertaking various development projects.
Director Estate Management Junaid Hasan Manj said that FDA properties were situated in Ahmad Nagar, Millat Town and Madina Town which would be leased and sold out through open auction.
Additional Director General FDA Abid Hussain Bhatti, Chief Engineer Mehar Ayub, Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Director Finance Yasir Ejaz Chattha, Project Director Sohail Maqsood Pannu and others were also present in the meeting.
