FAISALABAD:A fertiliser store was sealed and its owner was fined Rs 120,000 for hoarding urea in tehsil Tandlianwala on Friday.
A team headed by Assistant Commissioner Tandlianwala Dr Rana Muhammad Orangzeb took action against the dealer on the complaints of farmers. The team also arrested three other dealers and handed them over to police in Rehme Shah and Pull Peerah after registration of cases against them.
The AC said the supply of urea to farmers at controlled rates would be ensured at every cost and no one would be allowed to hoard or make undue profits.
