Burewala: Additional Sessions Judge Burewala Shoaib Anwar Qureshi has acquitted all the nominated accused in a four-year-old murder case registered at Sahuka Police Station.
According to reporter correspondent, Allah Rakha was allegedly shot dead on April 22, 2022, in Basti Chak Rehman Wala, within the jurisdiction of Sahuka Police Station, while he was watering livestock from a canal along with his brother.
A case was registered on the complaint of the deceased’s brother, Nasir Iqbal, against Waheed alias Ladi, Muhammad Siddique, Muhammad Zaman, Shamir and Naseer. The accused were alleged to have opened fire on Allah Rakha following a minor dispute.
After hearing arguments and completing the trial, the court acquitted all the accused, observing that the prosecution had failed to produce sufficient evidence to establish the charges against them.
