LAHORE: A 23-year-old girl was killed in a firing incident in a house near Mian Chowk in Green Town over a property dispute.
According to the police, three cousins, namely Tausef, Hafeez and Bilal, of the deceased Laiba, exchanged fire over a property dispute. As a result Laiba received bullet injuries and died on-the-spot. Her mother and father were also injured in the firing incident.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to Jinnah Hospital mortuary for postmortem while the two injured have been shifted to Services Hospital for medical assistance.
The police further said that there is a property dispute between the deceased’s father Safdar and his brother Abid.
