ISLAMABAD: A piece of glacier fell in the Narran area of Mansehra, burying two members of a family from Rajanpur on Tuesday.
According to a private news channel and police, the family was taking photographs under the glacier on Lake Road when the ice suddenly broke and fell on them.
According to the police, 22-year-old Mehran and his 13-year-old niece died on the spot after being buried under the snow.
Local residents retrieved their bodies and transported them to Narran Basic Health Unit (BHU), from where they were sent to Rajanpur by ambulance.
