ISLAMABAD:Secretary, Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah Tuesday said that IBCC is integrating technology in the delivery of services, to facilitate the Attestation & Equivalence process for general public.
During a meeting with IT Staff, Dr Mallah advised the team to ensure that the queries related to IBCC are addressed in time and he emphasized on sustainability of all processes.
In the meeting, Director IT & Research, Mr Ammar Hassan Gillani gave report on IT projects initiated by IBCC for the facilitation of general public.
The progress report of complaint redressal mechanism and public outreach was also shared and it was observed that after the launch of new IT enabled services 70% of calls were received through UAN. More than 5000 people asked through Emails and IBCC Live Messenger places on IBCC official website.
The queries were addressed properly by IBCC designated team. Likewise, IBCC E-Khuli Kachehry is also conducted on regular basis to address the queries of students related to IBCC.
Dr Mallah was also briefed about the progress of ongoing projects which include, the addition of all qualifications in equivalence portal and digitization of archives.
Dr Mallah said that IBCC has received examination data of 2020-21 from most of the Boards across the country to workout equivalent value of A* grade of O/A level.
