FAISALABAD:Inspector General Prisons Farooq Nazir visited central jail, here on Thursday.
He inaugurated a utility store, digital computer lab, 20-bed hospital, solar system, court & Family room.
He reviewed various ongoing development works in the jail and directed for timely completion of the projects.
He also attended a ceremony held in connection with Jashn-e-Eid Milad and distributed prizes among position holders of Qirat and Naat Khawani contests.
DIG Region Faisalabad Kamran Anjum, Superintendent Abdul Ghafoor Anjum and other jail officers were present on the occasion.
