ISLAMABAD: Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani of Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday heard the plea of Ali Amin Gandapur about seeking information on the cases registered against him.
During the proceeding, the court listened to the arguments and sought details of the cases from the relevant authorities. The defence counsel contended before the court that the appellant’s name was included in various cases unlawfully.
Justice Kiani issued notices to the Interior Secretary, NAB, DG FIA, and IG Islamabad, directing them to submit a reply to the plea of the former federal minister, Ali Amin Gandapur. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till January 12, 2024.
