ISLAMABAD:Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) has continued regular monitoring of health establishments in the federal capital to ensure the provision of standard medical services for citizens.
According to IHRA, the authority’s inspection teams on Friday visited various areas to take action against quackery and malpractices.
The team visited the areas of Ghauri Town, Marwa Town and Shareef Abad. Koral Hospital, Haseeb Acupuncture Clinic, Huzaifa Medical Clinic, Muhammad Pharmacy and clinic, Ali Medicos and Clinic, Iqra Homeo and Gynae Clinic, Al- Shifa Medical Lab, Sami Dental Care and New Shine Dental Care were sealed on evidence of quackery by inspection teams of IHRA.
Notices were served to MI Dental Clinic, DS Dental and Implant Studio, Omni Care Health Clinic, Dental Care, German Homeopathic Clinic, Mustahsan Medical and Homeo Clinic, Health Care Clinic and Smile Zone Dental clinic over different malpractices and were directed to apply for registration with IHRA.
