KOHAT: The newly posted Deputy Commissioner Kohat Abdul Akram has directed the officials concerned of the district administration to take all possible measures for development and to extend relief to citizens of the district.
He expressed these views during a meeting with the officers of the district administration in which the administrative officers briefed him in detail about their matters relating to respective areas and performance.
The DC directed all the officers that all necessary steps should be taken regarding providing
facilities to the public in Kohat and the administrative officers shall inspect the markets on a daily basis to ensure that people get commodities at officially prescribed rates.
He said legal action should be taken against the peddlers and adulterating mafia and in this regard no negligence would be tolerated.
