LAHORE:Lahore Electric Supply Company’s Board of Directors (LESCO-BoD) Chairman Hafiz Mian Muhammad Nauman chaired a meeting to evaluate the performance of Northern and Central circles of the company here at the LESCO Head Office on Wednesday.
LESCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engineer Shahid Haider, Director (Customer Services) Rai Muhammad Asghar and Chief Engineer (Material Management) Ramzan Butt also attended the meeting.
LESCO BoD Chairman instructed the relevant officers to resolve the problems of the customers and attend their phone calls, adding that defected/damaged power meters of the customers must be replaced at the earliest.
Hafiz Nauman appreciated the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implemented in the Central Circle and said that paperless working would avoid wastage of time of the LESCO as well as its customers. He stressed the need for expanding and improving the scope of the ERP system to ensure instant facilitation of the electricity consumers.
