Dg khan:An LPG tanker overturned on Samina Road near Gidar Bypass Chowk early Sunday morning.
The accident, reported early morning , caused a gas leak after the tanker hit an electric pole. Rescue 1122 immediately dispatched an ambulance, a rescue vehicle, and two fire vehicles. The tanker crew remained unharmed. Rescue teams cordoned off the area, evacuated nearby houses, and ensured vehicles were moved away from the scene. The leaking gas valve was secured, and the main WAPDA power supply was turned off for safety. A crane was used to lift the tanker, with emergency vehicles on standby.
The swift response by Rescue 1122 prevented any injuries or major damage.
