Bahawalpur: A man died after suffering from an electric shock while attempting to switch on a water pump, in Noorpur Pull area of the district. The Rescue 1122 said the victim received the electric shock due to a damaged electrical cable while turning on the water pump switch. When the rescue team arrived, the man could not survive. The deceased was identified as 40-year-old, Zahoor.
