Sargodha: A man was killed while two others sustained injuries when two trucks collided near 23 Morr in Chowki Bhagat area within the jurisdiction of Bhagtanwala police station on Friday.
According to Rescue 1122, the accident occurred when a truck heading towards Sargodha collided with another truck after its brakes allegedly failed.
The deceased was identified as Mohsin Riaz, 40, son of Muhammad Riaz, resident of Sufi Morr, Jhang, while the injured were identified as Samer and Shahid.
Upon receiving information, police and Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot and shifted the body and injured to a hospital for legal formalities.
Police said further investigation was under way.
