KARACHI: Sindh Caretaker Minister for Health, Social Welfare, Public Health Engineering and Rural Development, Dr Saad Khalid Niaz on Monday said that the government was taking all out measures for improving the condition of public sector hospitals and providing quality healthcare facilities to the people.
The minister during the visit to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Disease (NICVD) also urged the doctors and allied health care staff to provide better medical services to the people by exhibiting more responsibility in pursuance of initiatives of the Sindh government, said a statement issued here.
He inspected various wards and medical facilities of the hospital and inquired about the issues being faced by the hospital.
Acting Chief Executive NICVD Dr. Tahir Sagheer presented a detailed briefing in which Dr. Saad Khalid Niaz assured the immediate solution to the problems.
