PESHAWAR:A review and planning meeting was held on Thursday at the Directorate General (DG) OnFarm Water Management (OFWM)to review the overall progress of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigated Agriculture Improvement Project (KPIAIP) project and discuss strategies for completing all ongoing activities within the stipulated timeframe.
During the meeting, representatives from each district shared updates on their respective districts’ progress and ongoing activities, one by one.
The meeting was attended by the Project Director KPIAIP, Focal Person KPIAIP, Director Field Operation, PISC Consultant, District Directors and District Officers and representatives of SSCs. Directors from remote districts also participated in the meeting online through Zoom link.
The Project Director KPIAIP directed all concerned district officers to expedite ongoing activities and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks so that the project could be successfully closed in an efficient and well-organized manner.
All participants assured the Project Director that they would make every effort to achieve the assigned targets within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the required standards of quality and quantity in all project activities.
