LAHORE:A Mehfil-e-Milad was organised at the Child Protection and Welfare Bureau (CPWB) here on Monday, in connection with Ashra Shan-e-Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen.
CPWB Chairperson Sarah Ahmad, director general, resident children and staff of the bureau attended the Mehfil.
The speakers threw light on different aspects of the life of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
The chairperson said “By following Sunnah of Holy Prophet (PBUH), we can succeed in this world and life hereafter.”
She said that all arrangements had been completed to celebrate Eid Miladun-Nabi with great religious zeal and fervour at the bureau.
At the end, special prayers were offered for development and prosperity of the country and the Muslim Ummah.
