BADIN:Sindh Minister for Universities & Boards and focal person for rain emergency Ismail Rahu along with Deputy Commissioner Agha Shah Nawaz Khan relief camps established by the
Sindh Government and reviewed facilities being provided to rain-hit people.
According to a handout issued by the District Information office, the Minister talked with rain- victims and asked about facilities being ensured to them.
He directed relevant officers to provide necessary facilities to rain-hit people and take care of them.
Ismail rahu said that the District administration keeping in view the current situation of Left Bank outfall drain (LBOD) announced high alert in suburbs areas and availability of vehicles and boats was also ensured to shift LBOD flood hit people to safe places and relief
camps.
He said that in order to evacuate stranded people from rain hit areas IDPs camps were also established in Pangrio, Khairpur Gambo and Malkani Sharif ensuring food, ration and medical facilities.
