Rawalpindi: Member of the Provincial Assembly Chaudhry Naeem Ijaz inaugurated a state-of-the-art veterinary operating theater and digital X-ray unit at the Civil Veterinary Hospital (CVH) Chauntra, expanding specialized diagnostic and surgical services for livestock farmers.
Established under the supervision of Punjab Minister for Livestock and Agriculture Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani, the modern clinical facility aims to facilitate prompt diagnosis and treatment of complex livestock diseases at the local level.
Director Livestock Rawalpindi Division Dr. Naveed Sahar Zaidi and Additional Director Livestock Dr. Tahir Khan also attended the inaugural ceremony.
The regional officials inspected the newly installed surgical equipment and instructed veterinary staff to ensure seamless clinical operations.
Livestock officers highlighted that expanding modern diagnostic infrastructure to rural belts remains central to supporting livestock farmers and safeguarding animal health.
