LAHORE:The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) on Sunday announced a schedule for open courts to address complaints and resolve issues faced by citizens regarding its services.
In line with the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, NADRA officials will directly hear public grievances during the sessions.
According to the schedule,the first open court will be held on October 26 at the NADRA Mega Center on Peco Road,while another session will take place on October 27 at the Mega Center on Egerton Road.
Both sessions will be held from 10: 30 a.m. to 11: 30 a.m. under the supervision of the NADRA Regional Head Office.
Citizens will be able to present their complaints regarding Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), Family Registration Certificates (FRCs) and other official documents.
The authority said measures would be taken to ensure the prompt redressal of citizens’ grievances during the sessions.
