PESHAWAR:The newly posted District Police Officer (DPO) Lower Chitral, Nasir Mehmood (PSP) assumed charge of his office Thursday.
On arrival at Police Lines, a smart contingent of police presented salute to him. The DPO laid a wreath of flowers on the memorial of martyrs and offered fateha. He also met officers and jawans of the police force.
Addressing the occasion, the newly posted DPO Lower Chitral urged officers and jawans of police force to perform their duties with professional devotion.
