Lahore: New version of PakID mobile app has been introduced as the new version has added many new digital identity facilities for citizens. In the new version, citizens will be able to get and save the ID cards of their spouses and children along with their digital ID cards, while the facility of sharing these ID cards through the app has also been provided. According to NADRA official sources, verification of B-form and ID card cancellation certificate has also been made easier in the Pak ID app. Citizens will be able to get verified information by scanning the QR code. Through the app, verified information related to Form B or ID card cancellation certificate can also be viewed, they said. The new version has also added the facility of biometric authentication for vaccines. Biometric verification of influenza and meningitis vaccines required for Hajj and Umrah has also been simplified. In the new version, along with digital ID card facilities, authentication facility through QR code will also be available.
