DG KHAN:A motorcyclist was killed while another person sustained serious injuries in a collision
between a car and a motorcycle near the Tractor Factory on Quetta Road here.
According to Rescue 1122, two emergency ambulances were dispatched to the scene immediately after receiving information about the accident. Initial reports suggested that the car driver, while overtaking a truck, collided with an oncoming motorcycle.
As a result, Nadeem Haider, 35, son of Ghulam Haider, died on the spot, while Muhammad Shakeel, 35, son of Khalil Ahmed, sustained serious injuries.
Rescue personnel provided first aid to the injured man and shifted him to Allama Iqbal Teaching Hospital for further medical treatment.
The body of the deceased was handed over to his family and shifted to their residence on Shah Sikandar Road at their request.
