BUREWALA:A person was killed while two others sustained serious injuries during firing between two groups over land dispute on Saturday.
According to details, there was a land dispute between two groups of Samoor community for long time in limits of Luddan police station.
On the incident day, the outlaws namely Ghulam Rasool, Saeed Ahmad, Hanif, Allah Yar and others equipped with weapons tried to occupy the land and started firing over resistance from rival group in which a person namely Asif sustained bullet injuries and died on the spot while two others also get injuries.
Upon receiving the information, Rescue team rushed to the spot and shifted the body and injured to hospital while local police arrested two outlaws involved in the incident.
DSP Sadar Mazhar Hiraj along with team reached there and assured early arrest of all accused.
