ISLAMABAD:: One person was killed and two others injured when a motorcycle carrying them collided with a pillar of an underpass near Kalma Chowk in Lahore on Tuesday.
According to police, the accident occurred due to overspeeding, leaving one person dead on the spot and two others injured, a local news channel reported.
Upon receiving information, rescue teams rushed to the scene and shifted the deceased and the injured to a nearby hospital for medical treatment and medico-legal formalities.
The deceased was identified as Adeel, while the identities of the injured had yet to be confirmed.
Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the incident.
