ISLAMABAD:Parliamentary Secretary for Human Rights Punjab, Mahinder Pal Singh on Friday lauded the efforts of Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan for exposing Indian
atrocities and human right violations before the world community.
Since August 15, 1947, India has been attacking on the rights of minority groups, he said while talking to PTV.
India had adopted a bad attitude towards the Sikh and the Muslim community, he said. Indian extremist groups are operating in South Asian region for disturbing peace in Pakistan, he added. All extremist elements are working with the full support of India, he stated. Commenting on bomb attack on Samjhauta Express, he said the India was not happy after the start of Samjhauta Express between New Delhi and Lahore.
He said the people of both the countries had been traveling happily to see their loved ones.
There are many tragic incidents like Samjhauta Express that held in Feb 18, 2007, and Golden Temple occurred in Amritsar in 1984, where no justice was given to victims, he lamented. Appreciating the high moral of a Hijab girl Muskan, he said, we salute the Indian Muslim girl for standing against the rascals with courage.
He also lauded the role of government of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), for opening Kartarpur corridor for Sikh community.
