PESHAWAR:Paraplegic Center Peshawar (PCP) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with US based humanity organization, “Miracle Feet” for treatment and facilitation of club foot children.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PCP, Dr Syed Muhammad Ilyas said,”PCP and “Miracle Feet” USA, are planning to take this great humanitarian project to next level, extending the program to other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa within three years, to train and educate more medical and physical rehab professionals, to spread awareness regarding club foot and its treatment into healthcare system of the province.
On the occasion, Faisal Imtiaz, Regional Program Officer Miracle Feet Middle East and North Africa this expressed his utmost satisfaction over performance of PCP and hoped that the agreement would help mitigate the sufferings of such children.
The ceremony was attended by the doctors, physiotherapists and friends of paraplegic as well as attendants of the patients admitted in PCP.
