LAHORE: The Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has disbursed payments totaling Rs1.81 billion for February 2024, benefiting over 2.6 million students in more than 7,000 partner schools.
According to a PEF spokesperson on Tuesday, the payments had been distributed through bank accounts to PEF partners affiliated under the Foundation Assisted Schools (FAS) program, Education Voucher Scheme (EVS), and New School Program (NSP).
The financial support is a testament to PEF’s ongoing commitment to bolstering educational endeavors in the region and empowering its partner organisations to continue their valuable contributions to the education sector, he added.
