ISLAMABAD:Member National Assembly of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Daniyal Chaudhry on Thursday said that people had rejected the leaders of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), for mishandling country’s economic and governance issues.
Majority of the people had not cast vote for the leaders of PTI due to weak policies of Imran’s party, he said while talking to a private television channel.
The leaders of PTI had been involved in attacking on national institutions, he said. He further stated that PTI leaders had been facing court trial due to May 9 vandalism.
Commenting on popularity of Nawaz Sharif, he said that a large number of people had chosen the PMLN for delivering to masses and the country. The PML-N, he said had introduced modern communication system like motorways, metro buses, orange train, besides distributing lap top for poor students.
The incumbent government under the leadership of Shehbaz Sharif, had brought food inflation down and increased the business activity in the country. He said that Pakis
tan’s stock exchange has shown upward trend in short span of time. Despite many challenges, he said that the government will achieve economic targets for the prosperity of the people of Pakistan.
