FAISALABAD:Punjab Food Authority’s team seized 119kg substandard tea leaves, a packing machine, label and registered a case against the accused on Friday.
According to official sources, the team conducted a raid on a packing unit in the Madina Town area and found that expired and poor quality tea leaves and china salt was being packed in packets.
The accused used to supply tea leaves at tea shops, restaurants and merchant stores.
