KARACHI: Sindh Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Criminal Prosecution department has notified that the Presiding Officers, Control of Narcotics Substances Courts (CNSCs) are allowed to join their duties, with effect from the date they assumed the charge of the said post.
Abdul Qadoos Memon, District and Session Judge at CNS-I Karachi; Mohsin Ali Khan Pathan, Advocate at CNS-II, Karachi; Asif Shaikh, Advocate at CNS-IV, Karachi; Kazi Shah Muhammad Azhar, District and Session Judge at CNS-VI, Karachi; and Ms Nasira Shaikh, Advocate at CNS-11, Hyderabad.
