MULTAN:Pakistan Railways (PR) Multan Division retrieved land worth Rs 10 million from land grabbers after conducting operations in Adam Wahan and Daira Din Panah, official sources said.
The value of the land retrieved has been assessed at around over Rs 10 million. The operation was carried out by IOWs, Samasatha, Lodhran and Muzaffargah along with PR Police.
Deputy Director Property Land Railways Multan has sent the report to the Divisional Superintendent Railways Multan Mahmood Rehman Lakho.
According to DD Property Land a crackdown targeting elements illegally occupying Railways land would continue unhindered in days to come too, the sources stated.
