PESHAWAR:Like other parts of the country, the Provincial Election Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has also issued final voter lists for facilitation of public.
According to these lists, there are 20821301 registered voters in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa among which 11436241 are male and 9385060 are female voters.
The correction of voting lists has been started and the District Election Commissioner would be available in their officer for public facilitation regarding any correction, inclusions and removal of names.
The Election Commission has also urged people to send their CNIC number on 8300 for verification of vote. Public can also contact One Window Center established in office of District Election Commissioner for any change or correction.
The Commission has said that bye elections being scheduled on October 16 would be held according to old voter lists. The information regarding old voter lists would be conveyed to public through mobile service on 8300.
