Faisalabad:Faisalabad Arts Council (FAC) in collaboration with Naqsh Artists has inaugurated a five-day Quranic calligraphy exhibition, here on Monday.
Director FAC Muhammad Owais Abid said that the exhibition would continue up to October 4 in which 156 work-pieces of renowned calligraphers were placed.
He said that the people could visit the exhibition which was organized in connection with Eid-e-Milad to highlight the importance of Quran.
He said that Rana Abdul Hafeez of Naqsh Artists inaugurated the exhibition while a large number of people including Mirza Muhammad Aleem, Gulzar Ahmad Butt, Mian Ashraf Javaid, Nadeem Raheel, Muhammad Hussain, Naveed Iqbal, Salamat Ali, Munir Ahmad Sameem, Muhammad Tariq, Afaq Haroon, Salamat Ansari, Shahid Mughal, Amanat Ali Ansari, Safdar Hussain Dar, Mirza Muhammad Usman, Riaz Rajana, Abdul Aleem, Mirza Muhammad Azeem Ghazali, M Yasin, Khalid Hameed, Shafqat Javaid, Mian Shahid, Arshad Khilji, Faizan Ali, Muhammad Abid, Ejaz Ahmad and others were also present on the
occasion.
