ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Monday filed an application with the Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking post-arrest bail in different cases registered against him.
IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the application with objections.
The chief justice observed that there were objections on the application that the documents attached were not in order. He directed the appellant to arrange the documents in order and submit the same again.
Qureshi’s lawyer Ali Bukhari pleaded the court to hear the matter as it was urgent.
The chief justice observed that the notices would be issued once the appellant arranged the documents in order.
