PESHAWAR:Qumi Watan Party candidate Asad Ullah Qureshi has won Tehsil Council Hasban Basha in Upper Kohistan.
According to provisional consolidated results, Asad Ullah obtained 1750 votes while independent candidate Hasham Khan with 1144 votes stood runner up.
