Sargodha: Rescue 1122 Sargodha received a total of 30,690 calls from September 1 to 30, 2026, and promptly responded to 6,180 emergency calls. During the month, rescue teams handled an average of 206 emergencies daily, with an average response time of 6.96 minutes. The average response time for fire emergencies was recorded at 5.2 minutes.
In September, Rescue 1122 teams carried out timely relief operations in 1,163 road traffic accidents, 4,311 medical emergencies, 42 fire incidents, 95 crime-related emergencies, one drowning incident, two building collapse incidents and 566 other emergencies.
The rescue teams provided assistance to 6,169 patients, including 2,764 who received first aid at the scene and 3,199 who were transported alive to hospitals. Meanwhile, 206 people lost their lives in various accidents and emergencies.
