Dera ismail khan: Rescue 1122 Lakki Marwat responded to 188 emergency incidents during the last week, providing timely rescue, medical and emergency services to citizens across the district.
According to the weekly performance report, the emergency response was carried out under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Bilal Afridi.
Rescue 1122 received 2,713 calls during the week, including 1,314 unnecessary or irrelevant calls and 1,217 information-related calls.
The emergencies attended by rescue teams included 150 medical emergencies, 19 road traffic accidents, seven incidents involving fights and gunshot injuries, two fire incidents and four recovery operations.
Rescue personnel provided immediate medical assistance at the scenes and safely shifted 182 patients to hospitals for further treatment.
The report further said that Rescue 1122 Lakki Marwat responded to 57 emergencies under its referral service.
Twelve patients were transferred within the district, while 45 cases involved transfers from one district to another.
A total of 58 patients benefited from the referral service.
