SIALKOT:Department of Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Mal Divisional Director Chaudhry Wajid Hussain has said that the department and non-governmental charitable organizations are practically working day and night to resolve public problems in different areas.
He expressed these views during his visit to Social Welfare Complex Sialkot. "Social workers who provide valuable services for education, health, development of women and human rights are valuable assets to the country and nation. Such people are the beauty of society and the role of a social worker cannot be forgotten," he added.
Deputy Director (DD) Social Welfare Chaudhry Sharif Ghumman, Deputy District Officer (DDO) Adnan Malik, Manager Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Women Crisis Center Imran Kisana Advocate, Superintendent Dar-ul-Aaman Ms. Asma Ahmed, Social Welfare Officer Abrar Abdullah Sahi, Clean Green Index Pakistan National Champion Ashfaq Nazar Ghuman and others were also present.
At the end, the director also planted a sapling along with Clean Green Index Pakistan national champion Ashfaq Nazar Ghuman.
