PESHAWAR:Finance Department government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Tuesday rejected rumors of late salary and said that the salary has been released to public sector employees on time.
According to spokesman for Finance Department, the salary has been released to more than 0.6 million public sector employees in the province while the remaining may get it on Wednesday.
He said that the salary was being released to public sector employees on first date of the month on time through bank.
