Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday granted protective bail to PTI’s activist Sanam Javed in a terrorism case registered by Mianwali Police.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition seeking protective bail for Sanam Javed who appeared before the court along with her lawyer.
The lawyer pleaded that there was risk of his client’s arrest in a case registered in Mianwali. He prayed the court to grant the protective bail as Sanam Javed wanted to appear before the relevant forum for relief.
The court granted the bail and instructed the petitioner to appear before the relevant court within one week.
