KARACHI:The Sindh Governor Mohammed Kamran Khan Tessori met the Governor of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Jameel Ahmed at Governor House here on Saturday.
On the occasion, the economic situation of the country, measures to improve it, the role of the State Bank of Pakistan and other matters of mutual interest came under discussion.
The Sindh Governor said that the steps taken by the caretaker federal government for the economic improvement were commendable.
He said that at this time joint efforts were needed to get the country out of the economic crisis. He said that the role of SBP was vital in this regard.
The SBP Governor Jameel Ahmed said that steps were being taken for the economic development on the directives of the caretaker federal government.
