SIALKOT:Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) Senior Vice President (SVP) Asad Naseer Malik attended the online opening session of the APO-NPO Technical Expert Services (TES) program on Developing a Firm-Level Productivity Measurement System, held on October 19, 2026.
The session was chaired by Additional Secretary, Ministry of Industries and Production, Humaira Zia Mufti, and was organized by the National Productivity Organization (NPO) and the Asian Productivity Organization (APO).
As per the program, international expert Kelvin Chen from Singapore will provide technical guidance for the development of the Integrated Productivity Measurement System (IPMS) in Pakistan, and in the five-day activity (October 19-23), the sessions will cover the selection of pilot sectors and companies, the finalization of core productivity indicators, the training of consultants, and a seminar for pilot companies.
