Peshawar:: A security coordination committee in Karak conducted a field inspection of key locations and entry and exit routes in Tehsil Colony to assess existing security arrangements and identify areas requiring further attention.
The inspection was carried out by a committee formed by Deputy Commissioner Asad Sarwar following discussions at a meeting of the District Intelligence Coordination Committee (DICC). Led by Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Sahibzada Samiullah, the committee visited several areas and important points across the tehsil and reviewed the security situation on the ground.
The team included Superintendent of Police (SP) Operations, Nazir Hussain, Additional Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jameel-ul-Hadi, Assistant Government Officer of the Special Branch, Qismat Khan and Assistant Director of the Intelligence Bureau Nawabzada, along with representatives of intelligence agencies and law enforcement bodies.
The officials inspected security arrangements at various entry and exit points, reviewed monitoring procedures and sought information from personnel deployed at the locations. The committee also assessed other security-related aspects during the field visit to help formulate practical recommendations based on ground conditions.
The officials said observations from the inspection would be combined with reports from relevant agencies and compiled into a detailed report for submission to the Deputy Commissioner.
